Jan Ulc is a co-founder of CNI and is responsible for strategic and organizational development. Prior to CNI, he held leadership roles in a number of global organizations, such as GE, Smallworld, and Intergraph.
Karel Hodan is responsible for the vision, technical evolution and development of CNI’s products and solutions. Prior to founding CNI, Karel held a number of technical and leadership positions in companies such as TietoEnator and SDC.
Radim Just leads the operations and service delivery teams for CNI. He ensures the efficient organization of company to support its rapid growth and expansion. Radim has previously held senior positions in the telecoms industry.
Bohdan Cech heads development activities for CNI, ensuring that delivery is aligned with the company’s overall vision, customer requirements and evolving roadmap. He has more than 15 years’ experience of software development in the telecoms industry, having held a number of key positions as well as founding and running an ISP.
Peter Kern has responsibility for CNI’s commercial activities and is leading international growth and expansion. He is an experienced telecoms professional, has held senior leadership positions, and founded several of the Realworld Systems group entities, which grew to support operations in multiple countries.
Mihail Botez leads CNI’s partnership program, to support indirect sales and integration partners from around the globe. He has extensive business development and industry experience, gained from companies such as GE, Intergraph and Cisco, and across a number of technical and commercial roles.
As CNI’s Senior OSS Architect, Pavel Fiala supports the successful delivery of CROSS projects and drives product innovation. With over 20 years’ experience, gained in operators such as T-Mobile, Pavel brings a wealth of experience in leading OSS teams, building networks, and working in NOCs.
Hari is a technical leader at CNI who drives technical engagement with international customers. He has designed network and OSS solutions for major global operators and has both technical sales and delivery experience with large equipment and software vendors, such as Siemens, Tellabs and Ericsson as well as OSS startups.
Lucie plays an essential role leading CNI’s back office, ensuring office operations, administrative/HR activities run smoothly so that every team member is supported. Lucie oversees contracts and invoices, maintains corporate records, performs accounting and bookkeeping duties, coordinates travel/event arrangements, and much more.
